“Amazing food. The waiter was able to answer any of our tourist questions. Great service. The rooms are clean. Very quiet area. Sitting out in the hot tub at night looking at the stars is an experience. Highly recommend!”

“Borrego Springs is a tourist town and this lodging was in the middle price-wise. Our room was large and comfortable with a private balcony. The decor is almost due for a refresh. There are no elevators for the 2nd floor rooms, not a big deal, but that may matter for some visitors. The exterior hallway doors did not lock. The lobby staff were helpful and willing to answer questions.”

“Wife and I had a great stay here over Thanksgiving 2025. We stayed 3 nights and left each day to meet family that were camping in Ocotillo Wells off road vehicle area. The facility is a little dated but very clean, indoors and out. The grounds are well taken care of. We ate breakfast each day at the hotel restaurant. Prices are good and the food was very good. Exp., I had a 3 egg omelet with tomato, bacon and cheese and it was $18.00 and came with toast and potatoes. More than enough to eat. The spa was closed when we were here. The heated pool and hot tub were clean too, although we did not use either. We highly recommend this resort and will stay again.”

“The bed was quite comfy, the room had a spacious sitting area with a solid sofa, and nice balcony. The rooms are a bit dated and some of the furnishings are a little tired. All staff I interacted with were super friendly. Breakfast (avocado toast) was delish.”

“This desert spot is perfect for a getaway—so spacious and welcoming! It’s a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Attended American historic motorcycle meeting at the resort. They have a really nice hot tub and swimming pool to enjoy in the evenings after a busy day in the desert.”
